摘　　要：文章立足于近代中国档案事业史,发现档案文化的萌生条件逐步成熟。民国时期,社会各界逐渐重视文书档案的信息内容,关注其信息价值。在史学界、档案界、学术团体档案史料整理实践和行政界档案工作实践的催生下,近代档案文化价值的“线索”渐渐分明。以双元价值论为基点,综合系统地审视近代的档案文化价值。Based on the history of modern Chinese archives,it is found that the conditions for the emergence of archival culture are gradually mature.During the Republic of China,all sectors of society gradually attached importance to the information content and value of document archives.The"clue"of the cultural value of modern archives has gradually become clear under the promotion of the archiving practice of the historical circle,the archival circle,the academic groups and the archival work in the administrative circle.Based on the dual value theory,the paper comprehensively and systematically examines the cultural value of archives in modern times.
