摘 要:汽轮机运行中,叶片承受多种多样的周期或随机激振力,叶片振动不可避免,振动导致叶片疲劳损伤,最终发生汽轮机叶片事故。汽轮机叶片动频率和动应力在线监测可以准确监测叶片运行工作状态,但需要使用非接触遥测测量系统,故在运行机组上应用较少。目前叶片安全性评价普遍采用静态下测取叶片静态频率数据,间接计算出叶片动态频率数值,以准确判断叶片是否避开共振合格范围。介绍了低压转子叶片频率测量试验方法和评价标准,给出了叶片动频系数和动频率具体计算方法。根据某机组低压转子叶片静频实测数据,应用动频计算得出叶片安全评价系数,给出叶片振动特性评价结果和指导建议。In the turbine operation,the blades suffered from a variety of periodic or random excitation forces,blade vibration was inevitable and caused blade fatigue damage,eventually the turbine blade accident occurred.Turbine blade dynamic frequency and stress online monitor can accurately monitor the working state of blade,but need to use the non-contact remote measurement system,therefore,it is less used in running units.The blade safety evaluation generally adopted static frequency under static blades,calculated the blade dynamic frequency value,to determine whether the blade to avoid resonance acceptable range.The test method and evaluation criteria of low-pressure rotor blade frequency measurement test is introduced,and give the calculation method of blade dynamic frequency coefficient and dynamic frequency.According to a unit static frequency measurement test data of turbine low-pressure rotor blades,applied dynamic frequency calculation,obtained the blades'safety evaluation results,and gave the evaluation results and guidance suggestions of blade vibration characteristics.
