摘 要:火电机组烟道的阻力特性直接影响其流量分配,对引风机的安全经济运行产生较大影响。以某600 MW机组的局部烟道为对象,采用数值模拟方法计算了其内部流场,并基于原结构的计算结果提出了3种导流板的优化方案。结果表明:方案一和方案二可分别降低内侧和外侧烟道的全压损失;方案三可显著改善竖井及内外侧烟道的速度分布,全压损失约降低51.7%,内、外侧烟道流量分配均衡,优化了烟道的阻力特性。The resistance characteristics of the flue of thermal power units directly affect their flow distribution,which has a more significant impact on the safe and economic operation of the induced draft fan.Taking the local flue of a 600MW unit as the object,the internal flow field is calculated by numerical simulation method,and the optimization scheme of baffle is proposed based on the calculation results of the original structure.The results show that Case 1 and Case 2 can reduce the total pressure loss of the inner and outer flues,respectively;Case 3 can significantly improve the velocity distribution of the shaft and the inner and outer flues,reduce the total pressure loss by about 51.7%,and the flow distribution of the inner and outer flues is balanced,and the resistance characteristics of the flue are optimized.
