摘　　要：在锅炉安装过程中,水冷壁管屏难免会在生产制造、运输、吊装等环节产生管子甚至管屏局部变形,有些变形需要通过热校才可以达到矫正的效果。如果管屏变形较大,通过手工热校处理会导致管子形成大量鼓包。In the process of boiler installation,the water-cooled wall tube panel will inevitably produce local deformation of the tube and even the tube panel in the links of production,manufacturing,transportation and hoisting.Some deformation can be corrected only through thermal correction.If the deformation of the tube sheet is large,a large number of bulges will be formed in the tube through manual heat correction.
