摘　　要：某电厂长伸缩式蒸汽吹灰器在热态调试过程中问题频发,导致蒸汽吹灰器一直无法投入正常使用。对该电厂蒸汽吹灰器热态调试过程中遇到的各种问题进行了阐述,根据实际情况进行了分析原因,制定并实施相应的解决方案,使问题得到了最终的解决,为后续电厂锅炉蒸汽吹灰器热态调试提供参考。The long telescopic steam sootblower of a power plant has frequent problems during the thermal debugging process,resulting in the steam sootblower being unable to be put into normal use.The various problems encountered during the thermal commissioning of the steam sootblower in the power plant is expounded,analyzes the reasons according to the actual situation,formulates and implements corresponding solutions,and finally solves the problem,which provides a good foundation for the follow-up power plant.It can provide reference for thermal debugging of boiler steam sootblower.
