摘  要:反动式纯凝机组由于其高效性在市场中有广泛应用,但抽汽工况下会出现机组推力过大及高压进汽处汽封漏汽量过大等影响机组安全经济性的问题。通过对机组变工况下轴向推力变化影响因素研究,提出了高低平衡鼓等高的反动式合缸机组轴向推力平衡优化方案,该方案与原方案相比,机组在各工况下推力大小均在允许范围内,高压进汽处汽封漏汽量减少,机组效率得到了一定程度提升,THA工况下高压缸效率提升1.63%,机组热耗下降7.2 kJ/kW·h,大大提升了反动式抽凝机组的安全性与经济性,为反动式抽凝机组应用提供改进思路。The reactionary pure condensing unit is widely used in the market due to its high efficiency,under the steam extraction condition,there will be problems such as excessive thrust of the unit and excessive leakage of steam from the steam seal at the high-pressure steam inlet,which will affect the safety and economy of the unit.In this paper,through the research on the influencing factors of the axial thrust variation of the unit under variable working conditions,an optimization scheme for the axial thrust balance of the reaction-type combined cylinder unit with equal heights of the high and low balance drums is proposed.Compared with the original unit scheme,the thrust of the unit under each working condition is within the allowable range,and the steam leakage of the steam seal at the high pressure steam inlet is reduced.At the same time,the efficiency of the unit has been improved to a certain extent.Under THA working condition,the efficiency of the high-pressure cylinder is increased by 1.63%,and the heat consumption of the unit is reduced by 7.2kJ/kW·h,which greatly improves the safety and economy of the reaction-type condensation extraction unit.The application of the condensing unit provides an improvement idea.
