摘 要:NO和NO_(2)是大气污染物主要成分之一,目前国内环保行业采用SNCR和SCR两种方式进行脱除,近几年随着环保力度不断加大,热解炉逐渐成为各个大气污染企业制备脱硝还原剂的首选设备。其工艺主要分为热解尿素溶液和热解氨水两大类,介绍分析同一台热解炉同时具备热解尿素溶液和氨水能力的可能性,为企业选型提供相关依据。NO and NO_(2) are the two main components of air pollutants.Two major processes used to reduce nitrogen oxide(NO_(x))emissions in the domestic environmental protection industry are Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)and Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction(SNCR).In recent years,with the continuous increase in environmental protection efforts,pyrolysis furnaces have gradually become the first choice for the preparation of denitrification reducing agents in various air pollution enterprises.Its processes are mainly divided into two categories:pyrolysis of urea solution and pyrolysis of ammonia water.The feasibility of pyrolysis of urea solution and ammonia water in the same pyrolysis furnace is introduced and analyzed to provide relevant basis for enterprise selection.
