摘 要:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)作为病死率排名全球第三的疾病,其发病机制至今尚未完全明确。近年来,随着"肠-肺轴"学说的提出及深化,肠道菌群与肺部疾病的相关研究也引起了越来越多的关注。本文就现阶段肠道菌群与COPD之间的相互关系作一综述,研究肠道菌群对COPD发病以及疾病进展的影响,并提出调整肠道菌群对COPD防治的潜在作用,以期进一步深化对COPD发病机制的认识,为COPD的早期诊断、治疗和预防提供新思路。Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)ranks the third in mortality rate in the world,yet its pathogenesis has not been fully understood.In the recent years,with the proposal and deepening of the theory of"intestine lung axis",the research on intestinal flora and lung diseases has also attracted more and more attention.This paper reviews the relationship between intestinal flora and COPD,studies the influence of intestinal flora on the onset and progression of COPD,and proposes the potential role of adjusting intestinal flora in the prevention and treatment of COPD,so as to further deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of COPD and provide new ideas for early diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of COPD.
