健脾止泻汤治疗小儿腹泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾止泻汤治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法:78例随机分为中医组和对照组各39例,中医组用健脾止泻汤治疗,对照组用西药治疗。结果:中医组各项症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05),中医组证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),中医组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾止泻汤治疗小儿腹泻疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Zhixie Decoction in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:Seventy-eight cases were randomly divided into TCM group and control group,39 cases in each group.The TCM group were treated with Jianpi Zhixie Decoction,while the control group were treated with western medicine.Results:The improvement time of symptoms in the traditional Chinese medicine group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The syndrome score of the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Zhixie Decoction is effective in treating infantile diarrhea.
