五痿汤加减结合针刺及Rood疗法治疗外伤性脊髓损伤致截瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五痿汤加减结合针刺及Rood疗法治疗外伤性脊髓损伤致截瘫的疗效。方法:48例分为两组各24例,对照组用常规针刺治疗,研究组用五痿汤加减结合针刺及Rood疗法治疗。结果:总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),运动功能评分研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),生活能力评分研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五痿汤加减结合针刺及Rood疗法治疗外伤性脊髓损伤致截瘫效果较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Wuwei Decoction combined with acupuncture and Rood therapy in the treatment of paraplegia caused by traumatic spinal cord injury.Methods:Forty-eight cases were divided into two groups,24 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine acupuncture,while the study group were treated with modified Wuwei Decoction combined with acupuncture and Rood therapy.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The motor function score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the life ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Wuwei Decoction combined with acupuncture and Rood therapy is effective in the treatment of paraplegia caused by traumatic spinal cord injury.
