通脉活血汤治疗无先兆性偏头痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通脉活血汤治疗无先兆性偏头痛瘀血型的疗效。方法:60例随机分成两组各30例,治疗组给予通脉活血汤治疗,对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组5-HT含量均有不同程度升高,且治疗组升高程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通脉活血汤治疗无先兆性偏头痛疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Tongmai Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of blood stasis type of migraine without aura.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with Tongmai Huoxue Decoction,while the control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the content of 5-HT in the two groups increased to varying degrees,and the increase in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongmai Huoxue Decoction is effective in the treatment of migraine without aura.
