肾炎康复片联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肾炎康复片联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:114例按随机数字表法分为两组各57例,两组均用贝那普利治疗,观察组加用肾炎康复片。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。肾功能指标、氧化应激指标、内皮功能观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应总发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾炎康复片联合贝那普利治疗能提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 114 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,57 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with benazepril,and the observation group were treated with nephritis rehabilitation tablets in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The renal function index,oxidative stress index and endothelial function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with benazepril can improve the clinical efficacy.
