复合牵引手法联合电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎肝肾亏虚型临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复合牵引手法联合电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎肝肾亏虚型的临床疗效。方法:235例随机分为两组,试验组用复合牵引手法、电针、功能锻炼,对照组用美洛昔康分散片、功能锻炼。结果:治疗后两组Lequesne评分和VAS评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组内外侧膝关节间隙均增宽(P<0.05),且试验组增宽更显著(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸、推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎肝肾亏虚型疗效较好。同时能够明确增宽膝关节间隙,显著改善关节功能,提高患者生存质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined traction manipulation combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods:A total of 235 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group were treated with compound traction,electroacupuncture and functional exercise while the control group were treated with meloxicam dispersible tablets and functional exercise.Results:After treatment,the Lequesne score and VAS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).After treatment,the medial and lateral knee joint spaces were widened in both groups(P<0.05),and the widening in the experimental group was more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage are effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney.At the same time,it can definitely widen the knee joint space,significantly improve joint function and improve the quality of life of patients.
