混合痔术后应用艾柱灸联合痛息安方熏洗临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察混合痔术后应用艾柱灸联合痛息安方熏洗的效果。方法:86例按随机数字表法分为两组各43例。两组均行手术治疗,对照组术后予以硫酸镁湿敷,观察组术后予以艾柱灸联合痛息安方熏洗。结果:治疗后静息时、排便时VAS评分观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),肛缘水肿评分、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6指标观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间、水肿消退时间及出血停止时间观察组较对照组短(P<0.05),并发症观察组少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔术后应用艾柱灸联合痛息安方熏洗可降低炎症水平,减轻肛周疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间,减少并发症。Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion with moxa cone combined with Tongxi‘an Fang fumigation after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:Eighty-six cases were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with surgery.The control group were treated with magnesium sulfate with wet compress after operation,while the observation group were treated with moxibustion combined with Tongxi‘an prescription fumigation after operation.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores at rest and defecation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anal edema,CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time,edema regression time and bleeding stop time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of moxibustion with moxa cone combined with Tongxi‘an Fang fumigation after mixed hemorrhoid surgery can reduce the level of inflammation,relieve perianal pain,shorten the wound healing time and reduce complications.
