乳腺中药膏疗治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评估乳腺中药膏疗治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎的治疗效果。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例,观察组给予乳腺中药膏疗,对照组给予青霉素治疗。结果:观察组总有效率及治愈率均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组乳房疼痛、乳汁通畅程度、乳房肿块大小、乳房红肿面积改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺中药膏疗治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎疗效较好,且安全。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of breast ointment in the treatment of acute mastitis in lactation.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with breast Chinese medicine ointment,while the control group were treated with penicillin.Results:The total effective rate and cure rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of breast pain,milk patency,breast mass size and breast swelling area in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mammary gland traditional Chinese medicine ointment is effective and safe in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation.
