摘  要:目的基于党务干部和高知群体对发展党员创新做法的需求分析,探索供需双方对于高知识群体党员发展工作的认知差异,实现供需精准匹配,为进一步提升高校附属医院高知识群体党员发展工作质量提供策略参考。方法采用分层等距抽样法,基于KANO模型对天津市某三级公立医院的125名党务干部和132名高知群体开展问卷调查,进行KANO模型类属分析、Better-Worse系数测算和供需匹配分析。结果基于KANO模型的党员发展创新做法供需匹配点共14个,从条目类别看,入党启蒙6项、培训教育5项、管理机制3项;从KANO模型属性分类看,期望需求1项,为“结合高知群体重大任务表现进行推优考察”;魅力需求13项,其中优先级排序前5位的分别为“开设党员先进典型专栏、积极邀请高知群体参加支部活动、推动党建业务融合、将学习资料转化为小故事等创新学习形式、开展户外体验式党课”。在“实行党员发展责任制、每月谈心谈话≥1次”上供需双方存在认知差异,高知群体对其表现出更高的需求和期望,而党务干部的重视程度及认可度较低。结论KANO模型能够有效识别出影响供需双方满意度的匹配点和差异点,进而对服务项目的优先改进顺序和资源的投入方向进行有效引导。党务干部应在结合重大任务表现进行推优考察、加强党员先进典型宣传、邀请高知群体参与支部活动、加强党建与业务融合、创新学习形式以及加强谈心谈话等方面,持续改进高知群体党员发展工作,提升对高知群体的政治吸纳和引领。Objective Based on the demand analysis of Party cadres and knowledgeable groups for innovative methods of party member development,this paper explores the cognitive differences between supply and demand for the party member development of knowledgeable groups,realizes the accurate matching of supply and demand,and provides strategic reference for further improving the quality of party member development of knowledgeable groups in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities.Methods The hierarchical isometric sampling method was used to investigate 125 Party cadres and 132 knowledgeable people in a tertiary public hospital in Tianjin based on the KANO model.The KANO model was analyzed by category analysis,Better-Worse coefficient calculation and two-dimensional matrix analysis.Results There are 14 matching points of innovative Party member development practices based on KANO model.From the perspective of item categories,there are 6 items of initiation,5 items of training and education,and 3 items of management mechanism.From the perspective of attribute classification of KANO model,there is 1 desired demand,which is“optimization investigation combined with the performance of important tasks of knowledgeable groups”,and 13 charismatic needs.Among them,the top 5 priorities were“setting up advanced typical columns for Party members,actively inviting educated groups to participate in branch activities,promoting the integration of party building business,transforming learning materials into short stories and other innovative learning forms,and carrying out outdoor experience Party lessons”.There is a cognitive difference between supply and demand in“implementing the responsibility system of Party member development and having heart-to-heart talk≥1 time per month”.The knowledgeable group has higher demand and expectation for it,while the party cadres’attention degree and recognition degree is low.Conclusion KANO model can effectively identify the matching points and differences that affect the satis
