摘　　要：区域性医疗中心作为织密全覆盖的“健康保障网”的关键一环,向上与市级区域性医疗中心对接,向下辐射社区卫生服务中心,有着切实提升自身服务能级,不断强化自身建设的内在需求。笔者以医院文化生态内涵及定义为起点,厘清区域性医疗中心文化体系的各个要素,从而将其从主体、客体、环境三方面进行分类,找准其链接点,挖掘其内在逻辑关系及相关产生作用的方面,结合新时代区域性医疗中心建设目标对其发挥良性作用进行探索和建议。As a critical aspect of the“health safeguard system”,the regional medical center,which constantly strengthening its own construction by connecting with the municipal regional medical center upwards and radiating“community health service center”downwards,has the internal demand of effectively improving its service level.Starting from the connotation and definition of cultural ecology in the hospital,this paper clarifies the various elements of the cultural system of regional medical center,so as to classify them from the three aspects of subject,object and environment.The purpose of this article is to find their cross-linking points,to excavate their internal logical relationships and to observe the path of related functions,thus exploring their positive effects during the construction of regional medical centers in response to the development of the new era.
