摘　　要：目的分析医疗机构落实单病种质量管理政策面临的诸多挑战,提出单病种管理策略,形成管理经验。方法构建单病种质量管理体系新模式,包括完善单病种管理组织架构与评价体系、搭建综合智能管理平台、优化业务流程与培训等。结果单病种填报时长缩短,上报情况明显改善,病种诊疗的效率、质量、预后等指标显著提升。结论新管理模式提升了单病种管理水平和诊疗能力,推动专科病种诊治同质化提升。Objective This paper aims to analyze the challenges faced by medical institutions in implementing the single disease management policy,put forward the single disease management strategy,and form the management experience.Methods A new model of single disease quality management system has been established,involving improving the organizational structure and evaluation system of single disease management,establishing a comprehensive intelligent management platform,optimizing the business processes and training,etc.Results The duration of single disease reporting was shortened,and the reporting efficiency and quality were significantly improved.Furthermore,the indicators of single disease diagnosis and treatment such as efficiency,quality and prognosis significantly rised.Conclusion Single disease management level as well as diagnosis and treatment capacity have been improved,and the homogenization of single disease diagnosis and treatment has been promoted.
