特色项目驱动模式在紧密型医联体托管中的实践与探索

摘　　要：紧密型医联体托管是建立符合国情国策的分级诊疗制度及精准帮扶思路,医院在全面贯彻落实党的二十大精神的开局之年,将卫生健康高质量发展和“十四五”规划相结合,文章以广东省第二人民医院紧密型托管县级医院为例,通过“互联网+医联体”“紧急医学救援+医联体”“专家资源+医联体”等特色项目,逐步探索省级高水平公立医院为切实提升基层医疗机构救治能力和促进基本医疗卫生服务的公平可及的实现路径,取得了较好的成效,为大型公立医院紧密型医联体托管落地举措提供借鉴及推广参考。Compact medical consortium trusteeship is in line with the national policy of Hierarchical medical system and targeted effort ideas.In the first year of 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the hospital fully implemented of the spirit of the congress by combining the health quality development and the 14th Five-Year Plan(2021-2025).In this article we take the compact medical consortium trusteeship of the Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital with county hospital as an example.Through the brand strategy of“Internet+medical consortium”,“emergency medical rescue+medical consortium”,“expert resources+medical consortium”and other elements,the hospital gradually explored the realization path of high-level provincial public hospitals to effectively promote the treatment capacity of grassroots medical institutions and the equitable access to basic medical services with good results.We expect to provide reference and promotion for the implementation of intensive medical consortium trusteeship in large public hospitals.
