基于智能信息化技术的标准作业程序在手术室管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探析基于智能信息化技术的标准作业程序(standard operating procedure,SOP)在手术室管理中的应用效果。方法选择某院手术室2021年1月—2023年1月收治的115例患者,将2022年2月—2023年1月基于智能信息化技术实施SOP管理模式对应的50例患者纳入观察组,将2021年1月—2022年1月未实施该管理模式对应的65例患者纳入对照组。基于智能信息化技术的SOP管理模式实施前后护理人员均为同一批,共计24名。对照组实施常规管理护理模式,观察组基于智能信息化技术实施SOP模式。对比两组护理效率参数(术前准备时间、接送时间、手术总时间)、手术室护士核心能力(手术室专业护士核心能力评价量表)、护理满意度(住院患者的护理满意度量表)、护理风险事件。结果观察组术前准备时间、接送及手术总时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。实施后护士专业发展、配合、管理、围手术期评估、专业基础各手术专业核心能力评分均明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。观察组患者护患沟通、病房环境、健康教育、护理技术满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理风险事件发生率(2.00%)明显低于对照组(13.85%)(P<0.05)。结论基于智能信息化技术的SOP应用于手术室管理中临床效果显著,可有效缩短手术准备及操作时间,提高工作效率及患者护理满意度评分,改善护士专业核心能力,降低护理风险事件的发生,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of Standard Operating Procedure(SOP)based on intelligent information technology in operating room management.Methods 115 patients admitted to the operating room of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected,and the patients corresponding to the implementation of SOP management mode based on intelligent information technology from February 2022 to January 2023 were included in the observation group(n=50),and the patients corresponding to the implementation of SOP management mode from January 2021 to January 2022 were included in the control group(n=65).The number of nursing staff before and after the implementation of the SOP management mode based on intelligent information technology is the same,a total of 24.The control group implemented routine management nursing mode,and the observation group implemented SOP mode based on intelligent information technology.Compare the two groups of nursing efficiency parameters(preoperative preparation time,pick-up time,total operation time),core competence of operating room nurses(evaluation scale of core competence of operating room professional nurses),nursing satisfaction(nursing satisfaction scale of inpatients),and nursing risk events.Results The preoperative preparation time,pickup and total operation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the implementation,the scores of nurses'professional development,cooperation,management,perioperative evaluation,and professional foundation were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurse-patient communication,ward environment,health education and nursing technology in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group(2.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.85%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SOP based on intelligent information techno
