摘　　要：目的探讨广东省高水平医院建设前后,地市级三甲综合医院科研能力水平的变化情况,分析科研管理中存在问题,为地市级三甲综合医院的高质量、可持续发展提出对策建议。方法收集某地市级三甲综合医院科研档案,分析医院成为高水平医院建设前(2015—2018年)和建设后(2019—2022年)的科研情况。结果通过高水平医院建设医院科研项目立项数、获资助经费、专利、发表高质量论文数、参与编写指南共识及人才培养数等呈整体上升趋势,但仍存在省部级以上科研项目获批数少、科技成果获奖数少、专利成果转化率低等问题。结论高水平医院建设后,医院整体科研能力水平得到了提升,但仍面临着较大的挑战,应进一步从加强平台建设、吸引高层次人才、完善科研激励措施、搭建成果转化平台等方面持续推进医院科研综合能力提升。Objective To explore the changes of in the level of scientific research ability of municipal 3A general hospital before and after the construction of high-level hospital in Guangdong Province,the paper analyzes the problems in scientific research management,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality and sustainable development of municipal 3A general hospital.Methods The scientific research archives of a municipal 3A general hospital were collected to analyze the scientific research situation before(from 2015 to 2018)and after(from 2019 to 2022)the hospital becoming a high-level hospital.Results Through the construction of high-level hospital,the number of scientific research projects established,granted funds,patents,high-quality papers published,consensus participation in the compilation of guidelines and talent cultivation in the hospital have shown an overall upward trend.However,there were still problems such as the low number of scientific research projects approved at the provincial and ministerial levels,the low number of awards for scientific and technological achievements,the low conversion rate of patent achievements and so on.Conclusion After the construction of high-level hospital,the overall scientific research ability level of the hospital has been improved,but it still faces great challenges.It is necessary to further promote the comprehensive scientific research ability improvement of the hospital through strengthening platform construction,attracting high-level talents,improving scientific research incentive measures,and establishing a platform for achievement transformation.
