摘　　要：为有效提高调速型磁力耦合器的启动能力,对磁力耦合器的最大启动转矩提升问题进行研究,分析了调速型磁力耦合器的磁路结构,研究了增强气隙磁场的方法;使用三维有限元软件对比解析铜盘开聚磁槽对磁力耦合器启动转矩的影响,并探讨由聚磁槽导致气隙磁场不均匀分布所产生的齿槽转矩;采用不同方法对齿槽转矩进行抑制,分析齿槽数、齿槽形状、齿槽宽度对磁力耦合器运行特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:聚磁槽可有效提高调速型磁力耦合器的启动能力;级槽数之间的最小公倍数对齿槽转矩抑制有明显效果,同时斜槽可在提高磁力耦合器启动转矩的同时维持其额定性能;齿宽则需要综合考虑实际需求后进行选取。In order to improve the start-up ability of speed adjustable magnetic coupling,the maximum starting torque of the magnetic coupling was studied.We analyze the magnetic circuit structure of the variable speed magnetic coupling,study the method of enhancing the air gap magnetic field,use the three-dimensional finite element software to compare and analyze the influence of the opening of the magnetic gathering slot on the starting torque of the magnetic coupling,and discuss the cogging torque caused by the uneven distribution of the air gap magnetic field caused by the magnetic gathering slot.We use different methods to suppress the cogging torque,analyze the number of cogging,the shape of cogging,and the influence law of the tooth slot width on the operating characteristics of the magnetic coupling.The results show that the magnetic gathering slot can effectively improve the starting torque of the speed adjustable magnetic coupling,and the minimum common multiple between the slots and magnet poles has definite effect on the cogging torque suppression.At the same time,the inclined slot can improve the starting torque while maintaining the rated torque of the magnetic coupling.The width of the slots needs to be selected after considering the actual needs.
