摘　　要：为探究煤矿险兆事件与矿工不安全行为意向间的关系,基于TPB理论结合矿工实际作业情况设计调查问卷,采用相关性和回归分析法分析数据,确定险兆事件矿工不安全行为意向模型;采用单因素方差法和LSD多重比较检验分析各个变量在矿工个体维度间的差异性。结果表明:知觉行为控制对险兆事件矿工不安全行为意向影响最大;不同年龄、工龄、学历的矿工在行为态度上有显著差异;不同学历矿工在主观规范上有显著差异;不同年龄和工龄矿工在知觉行为控制上具有显著差异;不同学历和婚姻状况矿工在不安全行为意向上有显著差异。To explore the relationship between coal mine near-miss and miners'unsafe behavioral intentions,we designed a questionnaire based on TPB theory combined with miners'actual operating conditions,and analyzed data using correlation and regression analysis to determine the model of the unsafe behavioral intention of miners in near-miss;one-way ANOVA and LSD multiple comparison tests were used to analyze the differences of each variable in the individual dimension of miners.The results show that perceptual behavioral control has the greatest influence on miners'unsafe behavioral intentions in near-miss;there are significant differences in behavioral attitudes among miners of different ages,working ages,and education levels;significant differences in subjective norms among miners with different education levels;significant differences in perceptual behavioral control among miners of different ages and working ages;and significant differences in unsafe behavioral intentions among miners with different education levels and marital status.
