摘　　要：二十大报告强调,要坚决贯彻新时代党解决台湾问题的总体方略,牢牢把握两岸关系主导权和主动权,坚定不移推进祖国统一大业。总体方略的核心要义在于其“总体性”,强调在新时代解决台湾问题必要有整体观念和系统思维,要系统布局、统筹协调、综合施策。它绝非是对既有方针政策的简单归纳罗列,而是国家发展战略、对台方针政策与体制机制的结构性发展、体系性重构。这是一个全新的境界,展现了新时代党解决台湾问题的宏阔视野和万千气象。“新时代党解决台湾问题的总体方略”既是新时代党对台工作的理论结晶,同时对新时代新征程的对台工作提出了全新的要求。The report to the 20^(th) CPC National Congress emphasizes that we must resolutely implement the party's overall policy for resolving the Taiwan question in the new era,maintain the initiative and the ability to steer in cross-Strait relations,and unswervingly promote the great cause of the reunification of the motherland.The essence of the Overall Policy lies in its holistic nature,emphasizing that in the new era,it is necessary to have overall insight and adopt systematic approachof thinking for resolving the Taiwan question,and it requires systematic layout,overall planning and coordination,as well as comprehensive policy implementation.It is by no means a simple summary of existing principles and policies,but a structural development and systemic reconstruction of national developmental strategies,principles and policies toward Taiwan,and institutional mechanisms.This is a brand-new realm,displaying the party's broad vision and richinsights for resolving the Taiwan question in the new era."The Party's Overall Policy for Resolving the Taiwan Question in the New Era"is not only the theoretical crystallization of the party's Taiwan-related work in the new era,but also puts forward new requirements for Taiwan-related work for a new journey in the new era.
