摘　　要：综述“一国两制”台湾方案的三大研究方向。在定义研究方面,“一国”的定义界定、外延边界及制度定位,成为各界争论探讨的焦点,反映出各界在“一国两制”台湾方案制度层面不断深入的思考。在方案实践层面,两岸统一意涵、“主治分权理论”以及两岸认同建构是学术探讨的主流,反映出当前在台湾方案的施行方面尚有诸多方面有待探辩、明晰。在制度法律方面,各界一方面借鉴港澳来探析《基本法》的法理定位,另一方面也关注台湾地区相关法律的处置问题。“一国两制”台湾方案的三个研究方向总体呈现理论与实践相结合的良好研究态势,也仍需克服诸多阻碍。This article reviews three major research directions of the"One Country,Two Systems'Taiwan scheme.In terms of definition,how to define"One Country"',the extensional boundaries of the definition,and the nature of the system,have become the focus of debates and discussions from all walks of life,which demonstrates the increasingly in-depth reflection upon the Taiwan scheme from various fields on the institutional aspect of the"One Country,Two Systems"Taiwan scheme.In terms of implementing the scheme,the academic discussion focuses upon the meaning of cross-Strait reunification,"theory of sovereignty with divided jurisdiction",and construction of identification across the Strait,demonstrating that there are many aspects concerning the implementation of the Taiwan scheme which remains to be clarified.In terms of making related laws,on the one hand,people from all walks of life draw strength from the experiences of Hong Kong region and Macao region to analyze the jurisprudential positioning of Basic Laws;on the other hand,people also pay attention to the settlement of related laws in the Taiwan region.These three research directions of"One Country,Two Systems"Taiwan scheme display potentials for the development of related researches which combine theory and practice,but they also need to overcome many obstacles.
