摘　　要：细菌耐药是全球面临的公共健康威胁。抗菌药物使用与细菌耐药密切相关。感染性疾病是儿童最主要的病种,抗菌药物是儿童最常使用的药物之一。我国儿童细菌耐药形势很严峻。儿童抗菌药物应用监测网数据显示,目前我国儿童抗菌药物使用以广谱抗菌药物为主。距离首个《中国儿童合理使用抗菌药物行动计划(2017—2020)》的发布已5年,总结这5年来进行的儿童抗菌药物合理使用相关工作及监测网的数据,制订10项具体措施以促进我国儿童抗菌药物的合理使用,遏制细菌耐药。Antimicrobial resistance is a global public health threat.Antimicrobial use is closely related to antimicrobial resistance.Infectious diseases are the most common diseases in children,and antibiotics are the drugs most commonly used in children.The antimicrobial resistance in children in China is still serious.data from the monitoring network of antimicrobial prescriptions used in Chinese children show that broad-spectrum antibiotics are the main antibiotics prescribed for Chinese children.The first edition of Action Plan for the Rational Use of Antibiotics in Children in China(2017—2020)was launched five years ago.After summarizing the relevant practices on the rational use of antibiotics in Chinese children and the data from the monitoring network of antimicrobial prescriptions in Chinese children,ten specific measures have been formulated to promote the rational use of antibiotics in children in China and control antimicrobial resistance.
