摘  要:为准确预测某重型燃气轮机燃烧室NO_(x)排放浓度并确定其内部各燃烧区的“贡献”,探明此类低排放燃烧室的设计准则,该文基于化学反应器网络(chemical reactor network,CRN)方法,首先通过敏感性分析研究各反应器体积、初始温度、燃料/空气掺混不均匀度等参数对计算准确性的影响,并分析CRN的负荷适用范围。通过CRN方法研究燃烧室负荷、燃烧模式和掺混孔径对NO_(x)排放的影响。结果表明,该低排放燃烧室中心区是NO_(x)的主要贡献者,其设计准则为:将环形区喷嘴和中心喷嘴按照“等功率”设计;通过计算可得满负荷下的NO_(x)排放低于限值20ppm(@15%O_(2))的掺混孔径为44.45mm。结果可为改进CRN方法的应用、优化低污染燃烧室的设计提供一定依据。For the purpose of accurately predicting the NO x emission and“contribution”of each internal combustion zone in a heavy-duty gas turbine combustor,as well as determining the design approach of this low-emission combustor,the paper focuses on the chemical reactor network(CRN)model and the influence of various parameters such as reactor volume,initial temperature;and the non-uniformity of fuel-air mixing on the calculation accuracy is firstly studied through sensitivity analysis.This paper also indicates the applicable load range of the CRN model.Based on the chemical reactor network model,the impacts of combustor load,combustion mode and dilution holes’diameter on NO x emission are well defined.The results show that the central zone of the low-emission combustor is the main contributor to NO_(x);and the design criterion is to arrange the annular zone nozzle and the central nozzle in accordance with the“equal-power”approach.It is found when the dilution holes’diameter is equal to 44.45mm,the NO_(x) emission at full load is below the limit of 20ppm(@15%O_(2)).The research provides an important basis for improving the application of CRN model and optimizing the design of low-polluting combustion combustor.
