摘　　要：阐述了产品组织性能柔性控制的思路和基本原理,作为其具体应用的实例,介绍了钢种归并的目的、优缺点、注意事项和实施效果,讨论了实现钢种归并的1条准绳和4项原则。以宝武集团梅山钢铁股份有限公司钢种归并工作为例,详细介绍了跨系列钢种归并和同系列产品升降级的具体做法及其效果,最后讨论了开展钢种归并工作面临的问题和建议。The idea and fundamental principle of flexible control of microstructure and properties of rolled products was introduced.As one application example,the merging of steel grades was expounded,including the target,advantages,disadrantages,matters need attention and implementation effect,especially a criterion and 4 principles were proposed.Taking the merging of steel grades work at Meishan Steel Company,Baowu Group,as an example,two kinds of merging of steel grades were introduced in detail,one is step over series merging,the other is merging in same series,dealing with concrete action and effect.Finally,the facing problems and suggestion of merging of steel grades were discussed.
