摘  要:针对难以有效评估热连轧机组弯辊板形控制能力的问题,以某2 050 mm热连轧机组弯辊对板形控制能力评估技术的开发为例,基于辊系弹性变形模型和金属塑性变形模型,利用影响函数法,建立了针对该热连轧机组的板形计算模型;同时,考虑现场热连轧机组设备参数与相关工艺特性,建立了适用于热连轧机组弯辊板形控制能力的评估模型,求解该模型得到的板形影响域,即可评估该机组弯辊对板形的控制能力。将弯辊对板形控制能力评估模型应用到该2 050 mm热连轧机组实际生产中,通过评估弯辊对板形的控制能力,进而调整相关的轧制工艺参数,提高了各机架针对不同来料规格的板形控制能力。Aiming at the problem of difficulty in effectively evaluating the flatness control capability of the bending rolls of a hotcontinuous rolling mill,taking the development of the evaluation technology for the flatness control capability of a 2050 mm hot continuous rolling mill as an example,a flatness calculation model for the hot continuous rolling mill was established using the influence function method based on the elastic deformation model of the roll system and the plastic deformation model of the metal.At the same time,considering the equipment parameters and related process characteristics of the on-site hot continuous rolling mill,an evaluation model suitable for the flatness control capability of the hot continuous rolling mill was established.By solving the flatness influence region obtained from the model,the flatness control capability of the bending roll of the rolling mill could be evaluated.Applying the evaluation model of bending roll on flatness control capability to the actual production of the 2050 mm hot continuous rolling mill,the flatness control capability of each stand for different incoming material specifications was improved by evaluating the bending roll on flatness control capability and adjusting relevant rolling process parameters.
