摘 要:负荷分配是轧制规程设定的首要条件。介绍了综合等负荷函数算法的理论推导与相关技术难点,提出将非线性约束问题转化为两重嵌套的一维单调函数求根问题,采用小步长迭代虽然会导致计算效率降低,但软件和算法上易于处理,能够很好地解决函数的收敛性,保证了规程计算的稳定可靠。基于综合等负荷函数法及酒钢CSP热连轧机组的特点,采用等功率目标在线实时设定优化规程,随后对计算结果和计算速度进行了分析和校验,实际应用表明该算法在保证设备安全运行的同时,能够有效发挥设备潜能,扩展产品大纲。Load distribution is the primary condition for setting rolling schedules.The theoretical derivation and related technical difficulties of the comprehensive equal load function algorithm are introduced,the nonlinear constraint problem is transformed into the problem of finding the root of a one-dimensional monotone function with double nesting.Although small-step iteration can reduce the efficiency of calculation,it is easy to deal with in software and algorithm,which can solve the convergence of function and ensure the stability and reliability of routine calculation.Based on the integrated equal load function method and the characteristics of JISCO CSP hot strip mill,the on-line and real-time optimization regulation are set by the equal power objective.Then the calculation results and speed are analyzed and verified.The practical application shows that the algorithm can not only ensure the safe operation of the equipment,but also effectively develop the potential of the equipment and expand the product outline.
