摘 要:为了充分发挥控轧控冷和切分轧制工艺提高产品性能、降低能源消耗的优势,结合新疆昆玉钢铁有限公司棒材生产线的装备情况和工艺特点,分析了控轧控冷工艺对多线切分轧制的影响,并制定了相应措施,有效地解决了预切分轧件控轧冷却不均的现象,使切分产品性能离散性明显改善,以φ12 mm带肋钢筋五线切分为例,产品屈服强度的标准差由原来的8.98降低到3.89,负偏差率由原来的4.15%提高到4.70%,同时提高了成材率、生产稳定性和横肋充满度。In order togive full play to the advantagesof controlled rolling and controlled cooling process combined with splitting rolling toimprove product performance and reduce energy consumption,the influence of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process on multi-strands splitting rolled was analyzed based on the equipment and process characteristics of the bar production line of Xinjiang Kunyu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and the corresponding measures were formulated.The measures effectively solved the uneven cooling phenomenon of controlled rolling for presplitting rolled piece,and significantly improved the discrete property of splitting rolled products.Taking the five-strands splitting rolling ofø12 mm reinforced bar as an example,the standard deviation of yield strength of the products decreased from 8.98 to 3.89,and the negative difference increased from 4.15%to 4.70%.At the same time,the yield,production stability and transverse rib filling degree were improved.
