摘 要:为在某三菱日立1420mm五机架冷连轧机组上实现0.09mm极薄规格带钢的批量稳定轧制,基于轧机最小可轧厚度原理,简要分析了极薄规格带钢冷连轧的5个技术难点,即大压下率下的负荷分配,轧辊压靠情况下目标厚度的控制,轧制润滑控制,板形控制及轧制过程中的断带问题,连续轧制过程中带钢头尾稳定剪切过渡的问题。基于此,对轧机负荷分配控制进行了优化,增加F_(1)、F_(2)机架负荷,尽可能减小F_(4)、F_(5)机架负荷;提出了改善乳化液控制的措施;选用辊径Φ385~$390mm的工作辊及辊径Φ480~Φ490mm的中间辊进行合理配辊;采用大张力轧制模式;同时,开发了带头尾任意厚度自动切换虚拟FGC技术,实现了最薄0.09mm带钢的稳定生产。In order to achieve stable batch rolling of 0.09 mm ultra-thin strip on a Mitsubishi Hitachi 1420 mm five-stand cold tandem rolling mill,based on the principle of minimum rolling thickness of the mill,five technical difficulties of ultra-thin strip cold tandem rolling were briefly analyzed,namely,load distribution under high reduction rate,control of target thickness under roll pressure condition,control of rolling lubrication,strip shape control and strip breaking problem in rolling process,stable shear transition of strip head and tail in continuous rolling process.Based on this,the load distribution control of rolling mill was optimized to increase the load of F_(1) and F_(2) stands and reduce the load of F_(4) and F_(5) stands as much as possible.The measures to improve emulsion control are put forward.Work roll with diameter Φ385-Φ390 mm and intermediate roll with diameter Φ480-Φ490 mm are selected for reasonable rollmatching.High tension rolling mode is adopted.At the same time,the virtual FGC technology of automatic switching between the head and tail of any thickness is developed to realize the stable production of the thinnest 0.09 mm strip.
