摘 要:为了提升光电式风向传感器测量结果的可靠性,以EL15-2C型光电式风向传感器为例,通过对其工作原理进行分析,结合现有的检定规程要求,制定出合适的校准方法,通过对其校准过程进行了分析,并根据GUM的要求,对其校准结果进行了测量不确定度的评定,并将评定的扩展不确定度U95应用于示值误差的符合性判定,结果显示其各校准点的U95值均大于1/3的最大允许误差值(MPEV),且测量误差的绝对值均小于MPEV-U95,均满足JJF1094-2002《测量仪器特性评定》规定的符合性评定要求,进而判定所采用的校准方法及测量不确定度评定方案真实可靠,校准结果合格。In order to improve the reliability of the measurement results of the photoelectric wind direction sensor,the EL15-2C photoelectric wind direction sensor was taken as an example,and the working principle of the sensor was analyzed,combined with the requirements of the existing verification regulations,the appropriate calibration method was developed.The calibration process was analyzed,and the measurement uncertainty of the calibration results was evaluated according to the requirements of GUM.The extended uncertainty U_(95)of evaluation is applied to the evaluation of the conformity of indication errors.The results show that the Uss value of each calibration point are greater than MPEV/3,and the absolute values of measurement errors are smaller than MPEV-Ugs,all of which meet the requirements of conformity evaluation specified in JJF1094-2002"Evaluation of Characteristics of Measuring Instruments".Then it is judged that the calibration method and measurement uncertainty evaluation scheme adopted in this study are true and reliable,and the calibration results are qualified.
