摘 要:目的研究BOPPPS结合航空军医讲授教学模式在飞行疲劳评定实践课中的应用,并评价其应用效果。方法该研究以五年制航空航天医学专业学生作为研究对象,根据教学模式将学生分为BOPPPS组和对照组。两组学生在课后从教学实施过程和学习能力提高两个维度对教学实施有效性进行评价,并在学期末接受实践考核,通过主观评分和客观成绩来评价教学模式的应用成效。结果与对照组相比,BOPPPS组实践考核成绩提高,并且BOPPPS组学生对教学实施过程和学习能力提高的平均评分也高于对照组。结论BOPPPS结合航空军医讲授教学模式起到了提高考核成绩和改善课堂效果的作用,有利于培养学生评定飞行疲劳的航空军医任职能力。Objective To study the application effects of BOPPPS combined flight surgeon teaching in the practical course of flight fatigue evaluation.Methods Five-year aerospace medicine students were divided into BOPPPS group and control group according to the teaching model.The effectiveness of teaching implementation from the two dimensions of teaching implementation process and learning ability improvement were evaluated after class and the practical assessment was received at the end of the semester by two groups of students,and the application effects of the teaching model were evaluated by objective scores and subjective scores.Results Compared with the control group,the practical test marks of the BOPPPS group were improved,and the average opinion scores of the students in the BOPPPS group on the teaching implementation process and the improvement of learning ability were also higher than those in the control group.Conclusion BOPPPS combined flight surgeon teaching plays a role in improving the test marks and teaching effects,which is conducive to training the students′service ability of assessing flight fatigue.
