摘 要:高强度钢耐压结构在建造完工后一般要进行内压试验,为保证内压试验的安全性,需对含裂纹损伤高强钢耐压结构开展安全性评定研究。首先,基于断裂力学评定图(FAD)概念,引入结构完整性评定程序(SIN-TAP)建立基于SINTAP-FAD的含裂纹缺陷高强度钢耐压结构安全性评定方法,详细介绍SINTAP评定的原理、材料参数确定方法、含裂纹结构断裂参数以及塑性极限载荷的计算方法;然后,根据试验测得的材料参数,结合SINTAP评定程序得到高强度钢SINTAP-FAD第0级和第3级失效评定曲线;最后,以某含裂纹缺陷环肋圆柱壳结构为对象,完成基于SINTAP-FAD的含裂纹缺陷耐压结构内压安全性评定。结果表明:含肋骨横向裂纹环肋圆柱壳结构在进行内压考核试验时,结构是安全的;基于SINTAP-FAD的结构安全性评定方法是合理有效的。研究结果可为在建高强度钢耐压结构内压安全性评估提供有效支撑。It is of great importance to assess the safety of high strength pressure structures containing crack defects under hydrostatic internal pressure.Firstly,a SINTAP-FAD safety assessment method for high strength pressure structures containing crack defects was established based on the concept of failure assess-ment diagram(FAD)and the structural integrity assessment procedure(SINTAP).The principle of SINTAP,the experimental determining methods of material parameters and the calculation methods for fracture me-chanics parameters and collapse load of cracked structures were introduced thoroughly.Then,the level 0 and level 3 failure assessment curves for high strength steel structures were obtained by the SINTAP procedure and the material parameters determined experimentally.Finally,the safety of the cracked ring-stiffened cy-lindrical shell was evaluated by the established SINTAP-FAD procedure.The results show that the estab-lished SINTAP-FAD method is an effective approach for safety evaluation of high strength pressure struc-tures under internal pressure.
