培元固本方联合聚焦超声消融治疗肝癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察培元固本方联合聚焦超声消融(FUA)治疗肝癌疗效观察。方法将我院97例肝癌患者随机分为对照组48例与观察组49例。对照组仅给予FUA治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予培元固本方治疗。评价两组疗效,治疗前后检测两组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、乏氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)含量及两组糖类抗原125(CA125)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)含量,两组天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、白蛋白(ALB)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)含量。结果治疗后,观察组客观应答率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组VEGF、OPN、HIF-1α含量均下降,观察组下降程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组CA125、AFP、CA19-9含量均下降,观察组下降程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组AST、ALT含量均下降,ALB含量增多,观察组变化程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论培元固本方联合FUA治疗肝癌的效果确切,明显抑制肿瘤周围血管形成,降低肿瘤标志物含量,改善肝功能。Objective To observe the effect of Peiyuan Guben Prescription combined with focused ultrasound ablation(FUA)in treatment ofliver cancer.Methods Ninety-seven patients with liver cancer were randomly divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(49 cases).Control group was treated with FUA,while observation group was treated with Peiyuan Guben Prescription on the basis of control group.The curative effect of the two groups were evaluated,the contents of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),osteopontin(OPN)and hypoxia inducible factor-lα(HIF-1a)in the two groups were measured before and after treatment,the contents of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),α-fetoprotein(AFP)and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)were measured before and after treatment,and the contents of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),albumin(ALB)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)were measured before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the objective response rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the contents of VEGF,OPN,HIF-la decreased in the two groups,and the degree of decrease was more significant in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the contents ofCA125,AFP and CA19-9 decreased in the two groups,and the degree of decrease was more significant in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the contents of AST,ALT,ALB increased in both groups,and the degree of decrease was more significant in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Peiyuan Guben Prescription combined with FUA is effective in treatment of liver cancer,which significantly inhibits the angiogenesis around the tumor,reduces the content of tumor markers,and improves liver function.
