观察四磨汤口服液联合马来酸曲美布丁缓释片对消化性溃疡患者血清炎性因子及胃黏膜屏障功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察四磨汤口服液联合马来酸曲美布丁缓释片治疗对消化性溃疡(PU)患者血清炎性因子、胃黏膜屏障功能的改变。方法 将我院100例PU患者根据治疗方法将使用马来酸曲美布丁缓释片治疗的48例患者纳入常规组,将使用四磨汤口服液联合马来酸曲美布丁缓释片治疗的52例患者纳入联合组,两组患者均治疗1周。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后两组患者中医症状积分、血清炎性因子水平、胃黏膜屏障功能变化。结果 治疗后,联合组治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05);联合组患者腹痛腹胀、嗝逆疼痛、嗳气频发、反酸嗝气、恶心呕吐、食少口干、神倦乏力、舌脉异常中医症状积分显著低于常规组(P<0.05);联合组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平显著低于常规组(P<0.05);联合组前列腺素E2(PGE2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 四磨汤口服液联合马来酸曲美布丁缓释片治疗PU患者疗效显著,能缓解不适症状和炎症反应,改善其胃黏膜屏障功能。Objective To observe the efficacy of combined application of Simo Decoction oral liquid and trimebutine maleate sustained-release tablets on patients with peptic ulcer(PU)and its influence on changes in serum inflammatory factors and gastric mucosal barrier function.Methods A total of 100 patients with PU,among which 48 cases with trimebutine maleate sustained-release tablets were included in conventional group and 52 cases receiving Simo Decoction oral liquid and trimebutine maleate sustained-release tablets were selected as combined group by means of the treatment methods.The treatment efficacy was evaluated.The changes in scores of TCM symptoms,levels of serum inflammatory factors and gastric mucosal barrier function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was obviously higher in combined group than that in conventional group(P<0.05);TCM symptom scores of combined group were significantly lower than those in conventional group in terms of abdominal pain and abdominal distention,frequent belching,acid reflux and hiccuping,nausea and vomiting,poor appetite and dry mouth,fatigue,and abnormal tongue and pulse(P<0.05);the interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels were evidently lower compared to conventional group(P<0.05);the prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were markedly higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Simo Decoction oral liquid combined with trimebutine maleate sustained-release tablets has a significant efficacy in treatment of patients with PU.It can relieve the discomfort symptoms and inflammatory response and improve the gastric mucosal barrier function.
