固肾安胎丸联合地屈孕酮对先兆流产患者性激素及血清HCG的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察固肾安胎丸+地屈孕酮对先兆流产患者性激素及人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)的影响。方法 将我院90例先兆流产患者随机分为对照组与研究组各45例。经基础治疗,研究组行固肾安胎丸+地屈孕酮干预,对照组仅予地屈孕酮干预,对比两组患者阴道出血、腰膝胀痛、腹痛或坠胀、双膝酸软、神乏疲倦单项中医证候积分,HCG、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)水平变化以及不良症状发生率。结果 治疗后,研究组阴道出血、腰膝胀痛、腹痛或坠胀、双膝酸软、神乏疲倦单项中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组HCG、P、E2水平高于对照组,T、PRL水平低于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组不良症状发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 先兆流产患者采取固肾安胎丸联合地屈孕酮治疗可有效改善临床症状,提升患者机体激素水平,稳定血清绒毛膜促性腺激素水平,另外联合中成药治疗可减少西药使用剂量,确保患者治疗安全性,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the effects of Gushen Antai Pills plus ditregesterone on sex hormone and serum human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in patients with threatened abortion.Methods Ninety cases of threatened abortion patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,45 cases each.On the basis of basic treatment,research group received intervention with Gushen Antai Pills plus diquprogesterone,while control group only received diquprogesterone intervention.TCM syndrome scores of vaginal bleeding,low back and knee pain,abdominal pain or bloating,knee tenderness,and fatigue,changes in HCG,progesterone(P),testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),PRL levels,and incidence of adverse symptoms were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score of vaginal bleeding,low back and knee pain,abdominal pain or bloating,knee tenderness,and fatigue,serum HCG,P and E,levels in research group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),T,PRL levels were lower than control group(all P<0.05);the occuration rate of adverse reactions in research group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gushen Antai Pills plus ditregesterone can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,hormone levels,stable serum human chorionic gonadotrophin levels in patients with hreatened abortion,additional joint proprietary Chinese medicine treatment can reduce the western medicine dosage,ensure patient safety with high clinical value.
