腕踝针联合Bobath疗法治疗脑卒中上肢运动功能障碍的研究

摘　　要：目的 观察腕踝针联合Bobath疗法治疗脑卒中上肢运动功能障碍(UEMD)的临床效果。方法将我院脑卒中UEMD患者60例随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。观察组采用腕踝针联合Bobath疗法治疗,对照组采用Bobath疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效,改良Barthel指数(BI)、简式Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)、Brunnstrom分期评分,腕关节活动度。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组BI、FMA、Brunnstrom分期评分高于治疗前,且观察组BI、FMA、Brunnstrom分期评分高于对照组;两组腕关节活动度大于治疗前,且观察组腕关节活动度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用腕踝针联合Bobath疗法治疗脑卒中UEMD,在提高上肢运动功能、增大腕关节活动度方面优于应用Bobath疗法。Objective To observe the effect of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Bobath therapy on upper extremity motor dysfunction(UEMD)after stroke.Methods Sixty patients with stroke UEMD were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases each.Observation group received wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Bobath therapy,while control group received Bobath therapy.The curative effects of the two groups were compared,including improved Barthel index(BI),Simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),Brunnstrom staging score,and wrist joint range of motion.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);BI,FMA and Brunnstrom stage scores were higher in both groups than those before treatment,and were higher in observation group than control group;the wrist joint activity was greater than that before treatment in both groups and was greater in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Bobath therapy was superior to Bobath therapy in improving upper limb motor function,expanding wrist joint range of motion in treatment of stroke UEMD.
