眼周穴位贴敷、揿针联合羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗近距离工作视疲劳疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察眼周穴位贴敷、揿针联合羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗近距离工作视疲劳患者的疗效。方法将我院眼科近距离工作视疲劳患者120例(240只眼)随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例(120只眼)。对照组采用羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采用眼周穴位贴敷+揿针治疗。观察两组泪液分泌试验(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、负相对调节(NRA)、正相对调节(PRA)、双眼调节功能变化。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组SIt、BUT明显增加,且治疗组SIt、BUT明显多于对照组(P<0.05);两组NRA、PRA明显增加,且治疗组NRA、PRA明显多于对照组(P<0.05);两组双眼调节功能增加,治疗组双眼调节功能高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论眼周穴位贴敷+揿针联合羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗近距离工作视疲劳患者疗效较好,能提高调节幅度和调节灵敏度,改善泪液分泌,缓解视疲劳症状。Objective To observe the efficacy of periocular point application,press acupuncture,and sodium carboxymethylcellulose eye drops in treatment of patients with visual fatigue from close work.Methods A total of 120 patients(240 eyes)with visual fatigue from close work were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 patients(120 eyes)in each group.Control group was treated with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose eye drops,while treatment group was treated with periocular acupoint application plus press acupuncture on the basis of control group.The changes of tear secretion test(SIt),tear film rupture time(BUT),negative relative regulation(NRA),positive relative regulation(PRA),and binocular regulatory function of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);the levels of sIt and BUT in treatment group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);NRA and PRA were significantly increased in both groups,and were significantly higher in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);binocular adjustment function in treatment group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Periocular acupoint application plus pressing needle combined with sodium carboxymethylcellulose eye drops has a good therapeutic effect on patients with visual fatigue from close work,which improves the amplitude and sensitivity of regulation,the tear secretion,and alleviates the symptoms of visual fatigue.
