摘　　要：认知障碍严重影响患者的生活质量、加重家庭社会负担。大量研究证实穴位按摩对改善认知功能疗效显著,且临床疗效研究取得了一定进展。本文从中医对认知障碍的认识、穴位按摩改善认知功能障碍的应用情况及其联合其他疗法的应用效果等方面进行简要归纳,为穴位按摩治疗认知功能障碍提供客观的临床医学证据。Cognitive impairment can lead to the decline of self-care ability and social adaptability of the elderly,causing a huge burden to the family and society.A large number of studies have confirmed that acupoint massage has a definite effect on improving cognitive function,and the clinical efficacy research has made some progress.This article summarized briefly from the understanding of cognitive dysfunction in traditional Chinese medicine,the application situation of acupoint massage on improving cognitive function and its application effect combined with other therapies,so as to provide objective clinical medical evidence for acupoint massage treatment of cognitive dysfunction.
