摘  要:关节病型银屑病(psoriasis arthropathica)又称银屑病关节炎(psoriatic arthritis,PsA),是银屑病的一种特殊类型,常见表现为外周关节炎、指(趾)炎、附着点炎和脊柱炎。PsA的动物模型研究目前取得一定进展,但能够比较全面表现皮肤和关节病变的可靠动物模型尚未被开发出来。该文按自发性动物模型、基因工程动物模型、诱导性动物模型、类风湿关节炎相关模型以及脊柱关节炎相关模型进行归类,对近年国内外模拟人类PsA特征的动物模型进行了阐述,为开展PsA相关工作的科研人员提供参考。Psoriasis arthopathica,also known as psoriatic arthritis(PsA),is a special subtype of psoriasis.The common manifestations are peripheral arthritis,dactylitis,enthesitis and spondylitis.At present,some progress has been made in the study of animal models of PsA,but the reliable animal model which can fully mimic lesions of skin and joint of PsA has not been developed.This paper summarized the animal models that simulated the characteristics of human PsA in recent years according to spontaneous animal model,genetically engineered mouse model,inducible animal model,rheumatoid arthritis-related model and spondyloarthritis-related model,in order to provide reference for researchers on the work of PsA.
