摘  要:随着经济全球化与区域经济一体化快速发展,中国民航运输规模快速增长,众多大城市的机场逐步面临运量饱和问题,在大城市开展“一市两场”探索已成为民航运输发展的研究热点。结合国内外“一市多场”发展经验,基于旅客出行特征和机场区位特征,提出近距机场适合发展成为商务目的地型机场,远郊机场适合发展成为门户枢纽型机场的分工模式建议,并提出不同分工下的机场配套设施差异化建设指引。以重庆市规划的“一市两场”为例,对重庆江北国际机场和新机场的功能定位及配套设施建设提出指引,建议江北国际机场作为商务目的地型机场应尽可能实现空陆侧交通零距离换乘、新机场作为门户枢纽型机场应重点考虑区域性集散交通设施的接入。通过新老机场的差异化分工与协作,助力重庆建设成为具有全球重要影响力的国际门户枢纽城市。With the substantial development of economic globalization and regional economic integration,China's civil aviation sector has been growing rapidly and many large cities'airports are facing capacity saturation issues.As a result,the model of“One City,Two Airports”has become a hot topic in the devel-opment of civil aviation transportation.In light of the domestic and international development experiences of“One City,Multiple Airports”development,this paper proposes a labor division mode based on passen-ger travel characteristics and airport location features.The close-range airport is suitable for business desti-nation-oriented airport,while the suburban airport is suitable for gateway hub-oriented airport.Differentiat-ed construction guidelines for airport supporting facilities under different modes of labor division are sug-gested.Taking the“One City,Two Airports”plan in Chongqing as an example,the paper provided guid-ance for the functional positioning and supporting facility construction of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport and the new airport.It is suggested that,as a business destination-oriented airport,Chongqing Ji-angbei International Airport should focus on achieving seamless transfer between air and ground transporta-tion.Meanwhile,the new airport,as a gateway hub-oriented airport,should prioritize access to regional transportation facilities.Through differentiated labor division strategies and promoting collaboration be-tween the two airports,Chongqing can become an internationally influential gateway and hub city.
