摘　　要：目的探讨不同b值组合对正常肾脏体素内不相干运动(IVIM)成像参数的影响。方法对30例肾功能正常的健康志愿者行肾脏IVIM扫描,每位志愿者应用5组不同b值组合:Ⅰ组b=0、20、50、80、100、150、200、400、600、800 s/mm^(2);Ⅱ组b=0、20、50、80、100、150、800 s/mm^(2);Ⅲ组b=0、50、150、200、400、600、800 s/mm^(2);Ⅳ组b=0、20、80、100、800 s/mm^(2);Ⅴ组b=0、50、150、400、800 s/mm^(2)。对每组IVIM序列分别进行后处理,测得真性扩散系数(D)、伪扩散系数(D^(*))、灌注分数(f)及表观扩散系数(ADC)值,比较各组之间参数的差异性及稳定性。结果5组不同b值组合的f值差异均无统计学意义,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的D值及ADC值的差异均无统计学意义,Ⅴ组的D值、D^(*)值及ADC值与其余4组差异均有统计学意义。IVIM各参数中f值稳定性最高。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组中,Ⅱ组参数与Ⅰ组参数总体一致性最好。结论不同b值组合对正常肾脏IVIM成像参数的一致性及稳定性均存在一定影响,其中b值数量较少以及低b值个数较少的b值组合影响较大,故优化b值组合时需综合考虑其数值及数量的选取。Objective To investigate the effects of different combinations of b values on renal intravoxel incoherent motion(IVIM)imaging parameters of healthy volunteers.Methods Thirty healthy volunteers with normal renal function underwent IVIM.Five groups with different combinations of b values were applied to each volunteer,that included group Ⅰb=0,20,50,80,100,150,200,400,600,800 s/mm^(2);group Ⅱb=0,20,50,80,100,150,800 s/mm^(2);group Ⅲb=0,50,150,200,400,600,800 s/mm^(2);group Ⅳb=0,20,80,100,800 s/mm^(2);group Ⅴb=0,50,150,400,800 s/mm^(2).The D,D^(*),f and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)values of IVIM with different combinations of b values were measured after the post-processing.The differences and stability of parameters among the five groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in f values among the five groups with different combinations of b values.There was no significant difference in D and ADC values among groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲa nd Ⅳ.The D,D^(*)and ADC values of groupⅤwas significantly different from the other 4 groups.Among the parameters of IVIM,the stability of f value was the highest.Among groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ,the parameters of group Ⅱ and group Ⅰ had the best overall consistency.Conclusion Different combinations of b values have certain effects on the consistency and stability of IVIM imaging parameters in normal renal.A combination of b values with a small number of b values and a small number of low b values have a greater impact.The optimization of b value combination requir comprehensive consideration of its value and quantity.
