摘 要:针对管道输送介质泄漏段管外环境复杂、修复作业难度大、耗时长等问题,设计了一种全新的楔形扩张式管内封堵装置,以及由密封胶筒与支撑胶筒组成的密封件结构。采用有限元法,建立了由密封胶筒、锥体和自密封结构组成的密封件数值分析模型,通过对不同结构参数即锥体厚度、胶筒材料硬度、胶筒内径子厚度和倒角、胶筒外径子厚度和倒角、碗形半径和边缘厚度的分析计算,优选出可用于管输压力2.5 MPa的内封堵密封件。该装置能够快速实施泄漏段内封堵,避免管外清理作业,可用于热力管网、化工管道等管外环境复杂的泄漏事故应急处理。In order to solve the problems of the leakage section of pipeline conveying medium,complex environment outside the pipe,difficult repair operation and long time,it designs a new wedge-shaped expansion sealing device in the pipe and the sealing component structure composed of the sealant cylinder and the supporting rubber cylinder.By using finite element method,the numerical analysis model of sealing parts composed of sealing cylinder,cone and self-sealing structure is established.Through the analysis and calculation of different structural parameters such as the cone thickness,the material hardness of the rubber cylinder,the inner diameter thickness and chamfer of the rubber cylinder,the outer diameter thickness and chamfer of the rubber cylinder,the radius of the bowl and the edge thickness,it obtains the inner sealing parts for pipe transport pressure of 2.5 MPa.The device can quickly implement the inner sealing of the leakage section and avoid the cleaning operation outside the pipe.It can be used to deal with the complicated accident in the outer environment of the leakage section,such as thermal pipe network and chemical pipeline.
