摘　　要：目的:通过调查贵州省公立医疗机构药品盘点现状,为促进该省公立医疗机构药品盘点规范化提供参考。方法:采用“问卷星”,对该省130家公立医疗机构药品盘点开展问卷调查。调查内容包括医疗机构基本信息、药房工作人员基本情况、药品盘点现状,数据统计采用微软Excel表格,数据分析采用χ^(2)检验。结果:收到问卷769份,有效问卷640份,有效回收率83.22%。在该省各级公立医疗机构中,相比一级、二级公立医疗机构,三级公立医疗机构的药品盘点制度较完备,药品盘点培训、盘点操作相对规范。结论:在所调查的该省公立医疗机构中,一级、二级公立医疗机构的药品盘点不规范现象较为多见,需引起高度关注。OBJECTIVE To investigate present status of drug inventory work in public medical institutions in Guizhou province,so as to promote further standardized drug inventory work.METHODS The status of drug inventory in 130 public medical institutions in Guizhou province were investigated by a questionnaire in"Wen Juan Xing"(an electronic application platform for making questionnaire).The survey included basic information of public medical institutions,basic information of pharmacy staff,and the current status of drug inventory work,and the corresponding data were analyzed by Microsoft Office Excel and Pearson’s chi-squared test.RESULTS Totally 640 qualified questionnaires were adopted in 769 received questionnaires,and the effective recovery rate equaled to 83.22%.The third-level public medical institutions have established integrated rules and regulations,and both the training for inventory regulation and operation process of inventory were more standard than other level public medical institutions in Guizhou province.CONCLUSION Nonstandard drug inventory situations are more common in the first-level and second-level public medical institutions in Guizhou province,to which more attentions should be paid.
