摘  要:选用小提花面料作为基布,通过透湿性聚氨酯将石墨烯粉转移到基布表面。确定胶料配方后,对工艺参数进行优化。确定最终的工艺参数为涂层厚度18μm,贴合压力49 N,半烘干温度40℃,贴合温度90~110℃,成膜车速10~15 m/min,贴合车速20~25 m/min,熟成温度60℃,时间50 h。光蓄热保温测试结果显示,20 min内样品表面平均温度升高45.4℃;抗静电测试结果显示,样品的静电压半衰期为9.8 s,静电电压为770 V,电荷面密度为1.8μC/m 2;远红外性能测试结果显示,样品的远红外发射率为0.91、远红外温升为1.6℃。对照相应的国家标准发现,该产品具有较好的蓄热保温性能和抗静电性能,并具有一定的远红外功能。The Jacquard fabric was selected as the substrate and the graphene powder was transferred to the surface of the substrate by a moisture permeable polyurethane.After determining the adhesive formulation,the process parameters were optimized.The final process parameters were determined as coating thickness of 18μm,bonding pressure of 49 N,semi-drying temperature of 40℃,bonding temperature of 90 to 110℃,film-forming speed of 10 to 15 m/min,fitting speed of 20 to 25 m/min,ripening temperature of 60℃ and time of 50 h.The photo-thermal insulation test results show that the average surface temperature of the samples increase by 45.4℃ within 20 min.The anti-static test results show that the half-life of the product is 9.8 s,the electrostatic voltage is 770 V,and the surface density of charge is 1.8μC/m 2.The far-infrared test results show that the far-infrared emissivity is 0.91 and the far-infrared temperature rise is 1.6℃.According to the corresponding national standards,the product has good heat storage and heat preservation performance and anti-static performance,and has certain far-infrared function.
