纺织染整助剂中有机锡化合物测定不确定度分析

摘　　要：根据GB/T 29493.3-2013规定的纺织染整助剂中有机锡化合物的测定方法进行试验,对各个影响因素引起的不确定度进行分析评估,并给出表达式。由评估结果可知,样品重复测量、标准物质配制、反应液量取等过程贡献的不确定度分量较大,样品称量过程贡献的不确定度分量较小。研究结果可供纺织染整助剂中有机锡化合物检验分析人员参考。According to GB/T 29493.3-2013 standard,the determination method of organotin compounds in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries was tested.This study analyzed and evaluated the uncertainty caused by various influencing factors.According to the evaluation results,repeated measurement of samples,preparation of standard materials,and taking of reaction liquid amount contributed a large amount of uncertainty.The uncertainty component contributed by the sample weighing process was small.The results can be reference for inspection and analysis of organotin compounds in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries.
