摘　　要：以精益生产为视角,探讨制衣单件流(OPF)模式的优化理念,通过对衬衫案例的优化分析,介绍了精益管理下服装流水线优化过程、生产模式、成果、问题点以及解决方法,完善优化了单件流的理论。From the perspective of single piece flow express line,the optimization concept of garment one-piece flow(OPF)mode was discussed.Through the optimization analysis of garment shirt case,this paper introduces the optimization process,production mode,results,problems and solutions of garment assembly line under lean management,and improves and optimizes the theory of one-piece flow.
