新时代中国共产党坚守人民立场的实践探索与基本经验

摘　　要：人民立场是中国共产党为人民、利人民的根本政治理念。人民不仅是社会历史的真正创造者,而且是社会发展进程中的真正英雄。新时代以来的十年,中国共产党始终以马克思列宁主义群众史观、中国传统民本思想以及中国化的群众路线理论作为坚守人民立场的理论支撑,在发展全过程人民民主、贯彻人民至上的发展理念、畅通人民力量的汇聚渠道等方面充分贯彻践行人民立场,从而保障了人民当家作主,提升了人民群众的幸福感,形成了同心共圆中国梦的强大合力。总结党的十八大以来中国共产党坚守人民立场的实践,可以得出一些基本经验:坚持人民立场,必须加强党的执政能力建设;站稳人民立场,必须始终坚持利民为本;坚守人民立场,必须创新和发展人民理论。The people’s position is the fundamental political concept of the Communist Party of China for the people and their interests.The people are not only the true creators of social history,but also the real heroes in the process of social development.In the decade since it entered the new era,the Communist Party of China has always taken the Marxism-Leninism view of mass history,the traditional Chinese people-oriented thought and the mass line theory in China as the theoretical support for upholding the people’s position.It has fully implemented the people’s position in the whole-process people’s democracy of development,in implementing the development concept of putting the people first,and in opening channels for the pooling of the people’s power.This has ensured that the people are masters of the country,enhanced their happiness,and formed a strong synergy to realize the Chinese Dream.By summarizing the practices of the Communist Party of China in upholding the people’s position since the 18th Communist Party of China National Congress,we can draw some basic lessons:to uphold the people’s position,we must strengthen the Party’s governance capacity;to stand firmly on the people’s side,we must always uphold the principle of benefiting the people.To uphold the people’s position,we must innovate and develop the people’s theory.
